So, what’s the difference between an Exclusive Design and a Non-exclusive Design?
An Exclusive Design gives you exclusive rights to the final design at full price. It is yours, and nobody but you will ever be able to use it.
With a Non-exclusive Design you get first use rights to the design at a heavily discounted price. SKDesign retains the right to use the design as it sees fit. Why? Well, I’m sure you understand that creating & refining a new design is time consuming and quite expensive – We need to somehow recover costs incurred.
